The Company is known for producing the highest quality snacks in assorted flavors and sizes, including kettle cooked potato chips, traditional potato chips, tortilla chips, cheese curls and other extruded snacks, and corn chips, as well as cookies, crackers, and wafers.--Associate Replenishment Manager, Walmart--Onsite - Bentonville, AR--This position works closely with the Sr. Replenishment Manager, the internal cross-functional teams, and the Walmart Replenishment Managers. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day Store/DC inventory, in-stocks, tracking promotional events and supporting modular resets. This role will also serve as back-up to the Walmart Replenishment Team as needed.Your Seat at the Table:Work with Sr. Replenishment Manager to manage in-stock levels, Store/DC inventory, forecasts, analyze customer trends, identify concerns with root cause analysis recommendations for correcting replenishment concerns.Manage Walmart s Display Ready Pallet (DRP) program: collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage from order, production, shipping, and delivery to dc/store.Works with Shearer s Replenishment team to track, update, and communicate On-Time In-Full (OTIF)/Supplier Quality Excellence Process (SQEP) to internal stakeholders.Provide Walmart Replenishment Manager a weekly supplier in-stock recap focusing on any item below target, root cause, plan of action to address, and estimated store recovery date.Work with Customer Service team to ensure order accuracy, and timeliness.Identify and resolve any replenishment issues, ensuring seamless product availability.Cultivate strong relationships with customer and internal stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.Other duties as assigned.What you Bring to the Table:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a closely related field.1-2+ years of experience, preferably in a Food or Consumer products industries.Walmart and/or Club experience preferred.Very strong with Microsoft Office/Office 365 (Excel, Power BI, Word, Power Point) and Walmart systems (Retail Link, Luminate, NOVA, Item 360, Supplier ONE).Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet constant deadline with strong attention to detail and quality control.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively in person and writing.Self-motivated and strong analytical / problem solving skills.Ability to be focused and self-motivated working in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.--We Offer a Feast of BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, Flexible Spending Account, Retirement Savings Plan with Match, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Group Critical Accident Insurance, Group Critical Illness Insurance, Employee Assistance Plan and numerous opportunities to volunteer in the communities in which we operate.--You will be considered for employment in our inclusive workplaceBecause at Shearer s, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.--This is your invitation to apply now!To all recruitment agencies: Shearer s Snacks does not accept agency resumes.
