This pivotal role involves managing a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the seamless operation of our service department, and maintaining our commitment to providing outstanding automotive service.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the fixed operations team.
• Oversee service lane operations, shop management, and workflow optimization.
• Drive performance improvements in productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Maintain quality control standards and implement best practices.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance revenue and profitability.Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably as a Fixed Operations Director or Service Manager.
  • Ford experience HIGHLY sought.
  • High-RO-count/high volume domestic service managerexperience necessary.
  • Strong domestic brand automotive experience.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to drive results and meet performance targets.
