of them.About the Role:The VP Sales is accountable for the overall
business at Walmart Stores & Sam's Club which represents a
significant portion of Ferrero USA's revenue and profit. --This
role will ensure best in class account management processes,
tactics, and strategies to drive sales and become a top 3
manufacturer in every category Ferrero participates. The incumbent
must be based in the Betonville area or open to relocating to the
area.--Main Responsibilities:Lead and develop the Commercial 3-year
strategic plan.Responsible for managing P&L Gross to Net, Trade
Funds, and Sales Overheads budget for the channel.Lead and develop
processes for Sales Execution and account management across
multiple categories (12+) across portfolio of 17 brands.Design,
deliver, and drive eCommerce (physical & digital) strategy and
financial targets over the PS3.Develop sales across the store in
new categories to Ferrero with innovative products such as bakery,
biscuits, and ice cream, by implementing tests and GTM
initiatives.Initiate, drive, and support customer engagement at the
highest levels (CEO, EVP, etc.) between Walmart and Ferrero.Build
and direct a high performing team thru capabilities development,
organizational agility, diversity development, and
coaching/mentoring associates.People Management of 20+ dedicated
associates across multiple teams (Sales execution and Account
management, Retail, Replenishment, Supply Chain, Finance, Category
& Customer Management, Distributor & Broker Support,
International)Drive long lead Innovation, influencing and driving
global initiatives to develop a sustainable and growing customer
plan.Develop, manage, and execute all Sales Controlling activities
(Operations)--Anticipate customer requirements/direction in
developing and leading implementation of our GTM plans to work with
appropriate internal and 3rd party agencies (e.g. McLane,
Retail)Own communication strategy between Sales and Supply Chain
for Walmart Inc. for issue resolution and risk mitigation.Expand
Omnichannel business through engagement on sales and digital
marketing campaigns.--Who we are looking for:Bachelor's degree
required; MBA is preferred.15+ years in CPG cross functional sales,
with knowledge of Walmart Inc., and direct selling
experienceSuccessful Key/National account experience; including
management of sales teams.Demonstrated Multi-channel CPG experience
(e.g. Walmart, Club, etc.)Exceptional business acumen with emphasis
on best-in-class sales and go-to-market experience.Strong
communication and leadership skills with an ability to outline and
reinforce the short/long term vision and sales strategy with all
levels of the organization and various cultures.Strategic and
pro-active with interpersonal skills and an ability to influence
Senior leadership levels within the organization and with the
customer.Commercially astute with a strong business sense and
excellent problem solving / analytical skills.Inspirational
leadership and management style that promotes teamwork, diversity,
elevates associate performance, and nurtures top talent.Excellent
oral and written communication skills with the ability to build
consensus and foster positive relationships.Capacity to solve
