What You'll Do: -As a Senior Program Manager II, Marketing Operations you relentlessly focus on driving operational excellence for a set of strategic objectives and key results across multiple marketing priorities. -You'll identify and help solve complex problems across varying and multiple workstreams with interconnected parts. You'll drive excellence with the Project Managers and focus daily on progress towards a simpler, more streamlined way of working together. -This role is onsite in Bentonville, AR.

    Minimum Qualifications
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
      
    • 2 years experience leading cross-functional teams
      
    • 3 years experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
      
    • Strong organizational skills, a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and the ability to lead projects and drive clarity and progress amidst ambiguity and shifting priorities, communicate effectively, and be a self-starter.
      
      Preferred Qualifications
      
      • 
        
      • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field like (not limited to) project management, compliance, operations management, or a related area
        
      • 3 years of experience managing a budget, profit, and loss statement, or related financial process
        
      • Project Management certification
