Our office is currently working with a reputable public accounting firm that has a current opening for an Audit Manager. This is a stable firm with strong presence in the Arkansas area that has been providing valuable expertise and accounting services to their diverse clients. The firm has continued to grow and is now in need of a professional with several years of audit management abilities to join their leadership team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and working along side a team of Audit Seniors, Associates, and other Staff members. In addition they will also be managing some of the firm's larger accounts.--Audit Manager Duties/Responsibilities:

• Work directly with and provide support to a team of highly motivated audit staff members
• Provide proper evaluation and analysis of clients' financial information
• Provide detailed service to a variety of clients and diverse industries
• Take full responsibility for services of various assigned clients under the supervision of senior managers and partners
• Meet regularly with business and community contacts to maintain a network within the local market
• Provide timely and complete evaluations and counselingAudit Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or another related field MBA would be a plus
  • CPA License
  • 5 years of experience within public accounting, audit focus
  • Must have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
  • Must be able to lead and motivate a team of highly motivated individuals to a final goal
  • Must have strong multi-tasking skills
  • Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
