SI Auto is looking for an Account Manager to become an integral part of our Northwest Arkansas client services team!This role is based in Northwest Arkansas and requires a local presence. You will primarily work from home, but may spend 15-20% of your time in our Bentonville office or on-location with clients. Candidates must reside in Northwest Arkansas.Who We're Looking ForYou're a professional who has practice building engagement with audiences to drive true business results. You have experience coordinating marketing campaigns for clients, and participating in internal team meetings and client meetings.You realize the power of social networks and can create social programs that target and maximize the reach of brands or specific communications campaigns.You enjoy working with other communicators to incorporate digital, traditional and social strategies as part of larger integrated programs that include traditional media relations, websites, digital activations, paid advertising and mobile technologies.You understand how mixing traditional media, digital media and content marketing can create programs to target visitors at their specific stage in the buying cycle.You understand how to integrate communications strategies across several channels, specifically search, social and paid media.You're an organized project manager who crosses all the Ts and dots all the Is.You're a problem solver who is always looking for new ways to say yes and resolve issues, and a good listener and team player who can build strong relationships with agency clients, account staff, client relationship leaders and others in the agency.What You'll DoWork with a Senior Account Executive to execute the strategies developed for campaigns Help develop the agency's relationship with the clientSend traffic instructions and creative assets to our media strategists for placementUpdate client spreadsheets to reflect media plan and any changesWork with the creative team to develop client deliverablesAssist with creative, video and content productionWork with client, internal teams, and vendors to make sure deadlines are metConnect with the client on approvals and coordinate any revisionsAssist with budget managementQualificationsA bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experienceAt least 2 years of professional marketing/communication experience in a client-facing or project management roleIn line with our commitment to diversity and inclusion, we ask that all applicants do not include their photo in any submissions (i.e. portfolio, resume, etc.).PI202137520
