Key Job Duties For This Role Include: Build customer relationships that maximize sales, share growth, distribution, and profit. Own the development, implementation, and execution of customer specific plans. Partner with marketing team to develop merchandising options in conjunction with brand strategies and objectives. Sell to and manage multiple retailers, including pioneering new retailer relationships. Work individually, and cross-functionally, across internal teams such as marketing, finance, and supply chain to problem solve and drive results. Track and evaluate sales performance against volume, share, promotions, new items, and trade spending objectives. Determine the best route to market and lead team members to develop processes/procedures for satisfying customer requirements. Communicate sales information, trends, and account specific insights to management team and brand group. Utilizing syndicated and retailer specific data to understand and act on trends. You'll Really Wow Us If: You've got 2 to 5 years CPG account management experience. Familiarity with national grocery accounts is a plus. You have called on Walmart and/or Target. You've got experience managing trade spend, promotional planning, developing line review presentations, buyer communication, negotiation, etc. You don't just manage existing accounts- you grow our business with them and bring new clients to the company. You are highly efficient, organized, self-starter with a bias for action. You're a Happy Person. Happy Eggs and Happy Hens require Happy team members.
