Position: Accounting Manager Location : Rogers, AR About the Position The Allied Mission is to make the finest bicycles on Earth. We build them in the United States from the ground up: from design to engineering to manufacturing. We are seeking a finance professional with strong experience in bookkeeping and other related activities.You will report to our CFO and will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the business. Responsibilities --- Accounts Payable activities, including entering, confirming, and paying vendor bills--- Accounts Receivable activities, including following up with collections--- Recording customer deposits and posting to Oracle NetSuite--- Submitting and reviewing sales invoices for accuracy--- Transferring funds from ecommerce and PayPal accounts to operating account--- Managing cash balances and preparing weekly cash flow summaries--- Preparing AP payables report twice a month and identify vendors to pay--- Entering all hourly employee hours in payroll system Workday on a weekly basis--- Verifying and processing Payroll in conjunction with outside payroll service--- Adjusting physical inventory as needed--- Managing basic Human Resources tasks: New hire onboarding and benefits implementation, acting as a liaison with outside human resources firm--- Assisting with monthly account reconciliations and preparation of financial statements and monthly cash flow statement--- Assisting with systems upkeep and maintenance--- Other tasks as assigned Who we are looking for _Attributes that support your success_--- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, problem solver with a demonstrated capacity to meet deadlines and a commitment to both teamwork and customer service.--- Intellectual agility and the ability to analyze and think critically.--- Strong interpersonal skills, a deeply-held instinct for collaboration, an ability to remain positive under stress, and a professional demeanor with demonstrated ability to maintain discretion in dealing with confidential information.--- Innate desire to improve processes and efficiencies, and be able to articulate ideas to peers, executives and external partners.--- Time management skills, the ability to work independently with moderate to no supervision, willingness to take initiative, and capacity to take on additional projects.--- Unquestionable ethics and integrity.--- Excellent written and verbal communications skills Compensation and Benefits --- Compensation is dependent upon experience--- Benefits include: Health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO (vacation, sick, and personal leave), paid holidays and retirement benefitsJob Type: Full-timePay: $53,733.17 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work from homeSchedule: Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate: Rogers, AR 72756: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience: GAAP: 1 year (Preferred) Accounting: 2 years (Required)License/Certification: CPA (Preferred)Work Location: One location
