Our highly energetic and focused Walmart -Customer Team is dedicated to driving growth for Colgate Palmolive and for Walmart -in this ever-changing landscape. What role will you play as a member of the Walmart Customer Development -team? This customer facing role will manage all elements for Colgate Palmolive's eCommerce business with Walmart, across Personal Care & Home Care. This role will elevate Colgate's online business by translating brand strategies into sales & marketing plans to drive category, share & sales. You will also work closely with the COE (Hive) in New York.The Experience: -We are looking for someone who can elevate the eCommerce knowledge in our team & will be seen by Walmart as great to do business with. Ideally, you are currently working with or on an ecommerce business, and managing the day to day. You're also involved in developing the strategic plans that are helping you elevate your engagement & and your brands with your existing customer. You know how to optimize your content to engage and excite customers, as well as how to work with your buyers to deliver best in class partnership to ensure mutual growth is being delivered. You know what buttons to push to get the best ROI or ROO. You are organized, efficient & passionate about ecommerce, and constantly curious on new and innovative ways to work with customersWhat you will do: -

  • Be the leader in online engagement with our shoppers, optimizing search, content & shopper marketing activities
  • Own the eCommerce P&L & deliver on all KPIs including Net Sales, GTN, Profit, Market Share, Consumption, ROAS & executional excellence. You'll also need to have a customer lens & be focused on delivering their JBP goals on sales & profit as well as grow Walmart's share of market.
  • Present Colgate innovation and support plans to your key walmart contacts in annual line reviews. You'll also need to be able to provide portfolio recommendations for Walmart different ecom platforms, depending on shopper needs & trends.
  • Work with Walmart's eCommerce supply chain teams as well as Colgate's CPFR teams to ensure our products are always in stock
  • Partner with our 3rd Party to understand business performance and trends to maximize Media investments and help make smarter business & decisions and recommendations.Work cross functionally with other team members to ensure alignment of strategy across categories and brandsOwn all elements of the ecommerce (Atlas) plan, manage 5Ps, forecasting and planning from beginning to end internally & externallyBe the Champion of eCommerce within Colgate's Walmart Team & in the organization. -What you'll need: -
    • BS Degree required
    • At least 2 years ecommerce customer management experience required
    • Currently working with online customers in the consumer goods (or similar space) required
    • 3-5 years experience in Customer Management roles with experience managing customers and/or shopper marketing/marketing experience preferred.
