Master Automotive Technician AAMCO Transmission & Total Car Care

from $35/hr up to $45/hr for the most qualified techs PLUS bonuses

Assistance Position Responsibilities: Ability to diagnose and
repair automotive systems - drivetrain, brake and hydraulic,
exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, air
conditioning and computer systems and perform general automotive
system repairs with no supervision Ability to accurately diagnose
transmission problems, TCM, PCM, Solenoids, electrical issues.
Transmission removal and installation Train, guide and assist other
technicians in performing technical activities Excellent judgment
and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities
simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress is
required Continuously learn new technical information, equipment,
tools and repair techniques Professionally record findings so that
repair costs are accurately estimated Maintain a clean and
organized work environment Perform other duties as assigned What We

expense Job Requirements: ASE A1 - A8 Certification preferred, or a
plan to achieve Certification testing fees and renewals are
paid/reimbursed Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as an
Automotive Technician The lead technician will be required to
provide strong leadership skills and a customer-focused attitude as
well as a high level of motivation and energy Hold a valid driver’s
license Own professional grade tools to service any general repair
need Experience troubleshooting and conducting both mechanical and
electrical diagnostics, including drivability testing Safe working
knowledge of shop tools and equipment Standing, walking, bending,
kneeling and lifting items over 50 lbs throughout the day.
