Job Description Job Description Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical and electrical skill set to join our team. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting injection mold machines and related equipment within a climate-controlled facility. Responsibilities Maintain and repair injection mold machines, automation equipment, secondary equipment, grinders, vacuum loaders, and water systems. Perform electrical troubleshooting and maintenance, including working with PLCs, 3 phase motors, and Allen-Bradley systems. Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Independently manage and complete maintenance tasks during assigned shifts. Work effectively within a team environment when necessary, and respond to call-ins as needed. Essential Skills Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience. 3 years of experience in multicraft (mechanical/electrical) maintenance. Experience in plastics or injection molding is highly preferred. Ability to read and interpret mechanical, schematic, and blueprint drawings. High School Diploma or G.E.D. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with PLC troubleshooting and controls is a plus. Familiarity with robotics, particularly Star and Fanuc robots, is beneficial. Work Environment The facility is an injection mold plant housing 150 mold machines. Employees are provided with uniforms, and the facility requires steel toe shoes or boots. The shift hours are from 2:45pm to 11:15pm, with training on the first shift for 2-5 weeks. The work environment is collaborative yet allows for independence, with opportunities to work additional hours as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Jeffersonville, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
