About the Role: The Engineering Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing engineering projects within the Public Administration sector, ensuring that all initiatives align with organizational goals and regulatory standards. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in engineering management, with a track record of successful project delivery. Strong knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles and practices. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration. Experience in public sector engineering projects. Familiarity with energy management and sustainability practices. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the engineering team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality project delivery. Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. Oversee the design, development, and manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve engineering challenges, ensuring timely project completion. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to meet goals.
