Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. An opportunity is available for a Special Education
Teacher specializing in supporting students with diverse learning
needs. This role is based in Rogers, AR, and requires the ability
to travel between school sites to provide individualized and group
instruction tailored to students' unique educational requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized
education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, parents,
and specialists. Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet the
varying abilities of special education students. Monitor and assess
student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to enhance
learning outcomes. Foster a supportive classroom environment that
promotes inclusion and the social and emotional growth of all
students. Maintain accurate records and comply with state and
federal guidelines related to special education. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive support plans.
Desired Qualifications and Experience: Valid teaching certification
in special education. Experience working with students with
disabilities in a school setting. Strong knowledge of
individualized instruction techniques and special education laws.
