Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12
educational setting in Farmington, MO is seeking a qualified
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology
Assistant (SLPA) for a contract position lasting through May 2026.
This opportunity offers approximately 32.5 hours per week,
supporting primarily Pre-K and elementary-aged students. Key
Responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy
services to a caseload of approximately 52 students. Conduct
assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and
implement evidence-based interventions. Collaborate with teachers,
parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student
communication needs. Maintain detailed documentation and progress
reports aligned with state and federal guidelines. Qualifications
and Desired Experience: Certification in Speech-Language Pathology
(CCC-SLP) or credentials as an SLPA with relevant experience in
school settings. Experience working with Pre-K through
elementary-aged populations. Ability to manage a caseload
efficiently while providing high-quality, individualized therapy.
Strong communication and teamwork skills. Location: Position based
in Farmington, MO, within a public school district serving a
