Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 school
in Rogers, Arkansas is seeking a skilled Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) for a temporary leave contract. This role is
ideal for licensed professionals experienced in school-based speech
therapy services who are passionate about supporting the
communication development of students across all grade levels. Key
Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to
students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Conduct evaluations
and assessments to identify students speech and language needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs and
goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff
to support student progress. Maintain accurate records and
documentation of therapy sessions and student progress. Participate
in team meetings and contribute to the overall educational planning
process. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience
working in school settings with children from K-12 grades.
Proficient in delivering speech-language services aligned with
school standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to
effectively collaborate with educators and families. Ability to
adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs.
