Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a part time (30 hours a
week) Client service Associate in Rogers, Arkansas. This is an
exciting opportunity to offer administrative support to Financial
Advisors for a nationally known financial services company. This
position is on-site. Responsibilities: Will work at front desk
answering calls and greeting visitors and guests Answers calls and
questions from Financial Advisors (FA's) and Sales Assistants
(SA's) related to account opening and maintenance. Assists with
documentation requirements of clients and accounts to meet industry
policies and regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering and Know
Your Client. Processes various basic department related reports and
contacts Financial Advisors, and Sales Assistants to resolve
account issues. Reviews daily tasks for accuracy and completeness.
Maintains detailed records/notes to ensure all client requests are
logged and completed in a timely fashion. Performs other duties and
responsibilities as assigned. Skills: Willingness to go above and
beyond for customers Proactive problem-solving skills Ability to
maintain a professional demeanor at all times Strong written and
verbal communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) High School Diploma or equivalent
required; Bachelor's degree preferred Employment type: Temp,
On-site Monday thru Friday 8:30 to 3:30pm. 45 minutes for
lunch.
