Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and talented Administrative Assistant to support our Communications and Human Resources Teams. The ideal candidate is located in Chicago and will work on a hybrid schedule, splitting time between both a home office and the TBG headquarters in Chicago's Old Post Office building.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Coordinating travel arrangements (domestic and international), including booking flights, car rentals and making hotel & restaurant reservations when needed. Coordinating the details associated with meetings and external events. Preparing and handling highly confidential and proprietary information. Preparing and reconciling T&E reports on behalf of select team members in Concur and P-card as appropriate. Maintaining content, accuracy and visual organization of files (or informational databases). Organizing, maintaining and procuring office supplies. Managing, updating and appropriately communicating departmental documents and distribution lists. Managing departmental projects as assigned. Supporting as needed with PowerPoint presentations. Answering phone or email inquiries in a professional, courteous and helpful manner and appropriately handling vendor calls and emails. Actively participate and assist in the coordination of office spirit and networking events Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports Greeting visitors to the organization in a professional, welcoming and helpful mannerPDN-9727f4b3-f8c0-48df-b808-6fda77a944a8
