Staffmark is currently looking for a self-motivated Bilingual candidate for the role of Administrative Support for a Manufacturing company in Rogers AR. -- -Interested candidates should be outgoing and ready to be a part of a growing team. This candidate should have strong Excel skills as well as experience in Microsoft office products. HR experience is helpful but not required. Hours for this position are 8 a.m. - 4:30 pm Monday- Friday! This position is temp to hire. In this position walking, standing and sitting and answering phones are common. Answering phones and greeting visitors with excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills are part of the daily routine Daily tasks may include: Answer phones Greet visitors Maintains customer and vendor information Reconcile and update some general ledger accounts Organize tooling billing Assists in entering new employees' information as well as scheduling interviews, scheduling test groups, Assisting in HR duties Communicate with other team members and support the administrative team in completing assignments.
