• Preparation and review of returns for individuals, estates, trusts, gift taxes, and small businesses
• Preparation and review of year-end tax planning
• Management of multiple clients
• Building new and existing client relationships
• Demonstrating knowledge of existing clients' and/or prospective clients' businesses
• Assume an active role in the ongoing training and development of staff -Qualifications: -
  • CPA certification
  • 7 years supervisory or job management experience in public accounting
  • Thorough knowledge of the tax reporting process especially with Trusts, and multi-state returns
  • Member in good standing with appropriate professional organization(s)
  • Highly competent in MS Office and other service area specific software
  • Tax research proficiency with complex tax matters
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform well individually as well as part of a team
